If any of you are ever in Waterloo check out a place called Rainbow. It's run by a Jamaican family so they've got all the standard fare along with a nice selection of dishes from other parts of the Caribbean (including doubles).

Gonna hit up roti palace tonight, will report back. Haven't been in years.
