people pay extra to be that close to the street car, and the street car is not exactly a 20's era steam engine.
some people can't fall asleep unless it's complete dark and quiet

lol maintenance fees are fucked today too. younger cousin bought a condo at south park rd in markham, maintenance fees almost as much as her mortgage and includes nothing.

I paid $160k for my 485 sq ft shoebox back in 2007 or something. It was a good stepping stone. Like other said, it isn't bad for a bachelor.
If you are smart with storage and have a good floor plan, it isn't too bad. Eventually it does get small.
