I don't think it's unfair (her verdict).
She's a public worker, and there are strong guidelines that govern what they can and cannot do, as it affects credibility and overall ability to serve. IE: a teacher banging a student, a cop planting evidence.........and a doctor getting arrested XD She even said and she knew that if she got arrested, she'd lose any hope of continuing her practice because they do not tollerate dat.
It's like hiring a teacher with a criminal background. Same shiz. Has nothing to do with being filmed or not IMO. It just happened that this story fizzed out that way.
