I just finished renovating my kitchen, as it stands right now I think I am done with renos for this life. This kitchen sucked the soul out of me and ultimately ruined my summer, I had no life this summer because of it.

That house will get torn down, and new one will go up for 2.5 mill plus. Someone will buy it too, it just won't be me Not sure when Toronto became Manhattan , because the salaries here just don't justify the prices.
