Blue Jays these days.

I won 2 tickets to the Jays level 100. Face Value $40. (yankees)
decided to post around the net to sell. Just sold for $500.
I like the jays but i don't love them ...
Did i get ripped?

Yeah tix (esp wkend and vs. the Yanks) are going for stupid money. As usual Toronto bandwagoners gonna bandwagon...but it's nice for the city as it's about time some hype returned for the Jays.
Were you just at my work during lunch? lol. Today's our Jays day, met a couple of players and they just gave out a bunch of free tix (of which I did not win)
We were at the KC finale game (brawl one, long wkend) and it was 45k+ fans, just amazing atmosphere, loud as hell...been awhile since the dome has been like that.

Nah i wont them a while back, when Jays were not hot yet.
Forgot about the tickets till yesterday when i heard on the radio about people selling tickets for $4-5k in the 500level on stubhub.
Just decided to sell it and made a good bonus.
ALways wanted a blue jays new era cap. Never seemed to justify the $$ for it. Now i'll get it. woooot

I've gone to a couple games this year, and have tickets for Aug 28th first row behind the dugout.
There where 40k people at the game last night against the A's which are a last place team. If the jays where loosing they would have had 19k tops

I think the doors open 2 hrs before the game.
Already a sold out game with a give away jersey, there will be line ups for sure.
For the cap give away day a couple of months ago, there were plenty of them left 1hr before the game. It was raining that day though. Near sold out game I think.

Went to the game yesterday. The gates were already filled with 25K+ people outside Rogers Centre by 10am. It was banana! 2 Home runs in the first innings, the game was good and my seats were pretty decent.

People were lined up well before 9am yesterday. I drove past the dome to see how busy it would be for the red shirts before I went boating later on that morning.

The Jays focused on hitting hard and home run. But they need to adjust their game plan against the Royals. When you have man(men) on base(s), hit some singles or doubles for the love of God. 0 for 12 with runners on base is ridiculous.

Perhaps he had planed to leave for a long time and pulled off a do or die deals before he left.
I would have done the same thing if I knew I would be leaving the team after this season.
Use all the possible future prospects to get something great today.
