I have witnessed a lady slammed into an ambulance truck (siren and horn were fully blasting). The woman in a 2012-2013 Civic did not bother to stop when crossing the intersection. I was sitting at the red light and bang, clipped the front of the truck. People have no common sense nowaday

I had something similar recorded in my dashcam but was too lazy to bring the card in to upload it.
South Korea started to fine these cars from dashcam footage captured by emergency vehicles. I don't know what other countries are waiting for.
