^ This shitty thing is if you decide to get the sticker, they will charge you for all the years missed. Happened to a friend. She didn't renew her sticker for two years and had to pay for the missed years.

Yeah your suppose to bring in your plates to the MTO to show them that the car is off the road or they charge you for all the missed years.
I had one mto agent lady let me get away without the back pay no idea why

Are you driving it in the winter? If not, detach plate and when you put it back on the road the 98 is prorated....
