I just had my snow tires mounted on steelies. Maybe it's been a while, but I was surprised at how expensive it was. What do you pay? (I'll add mine later) |
Our shop charges $80 for a set. $20/wheel |
70 - 80 bucks for 19s iirc |
ya its usually around $80 |
$100. +tax, for mounting and balancing four. |
$80 is good, but becoming harder to find i notice. free here, use machine at work if it's avail |
I feel like buying a machine for my garage at home. Heck, I'm getting a lift... |
I don't really pay for anything.. lol, but for regular customers $180 for non-run flat, and $230 for run flat tires. |
One of my buddies did that, charges his friends/other people like $20 a set or something like that. Plus he's always getting new rims/tires(no not Jeff) so it was a hell of a lot cheaper to buy one than always pay someone to do it. |
Last time I called some guys quoted me $100. I didnt go to those. Most other places around here will do $80 cash |

$20-$25/per at a tire shop arm, leg, first born and my house at the dealer |

I swear ive thought about buying a used tire machine to put in the garage. at $80/pop between my cars, family and friends it would pay off itself and make money quick time. i don't think my garage has the power for it tho. use to do tires all day for co-op at crappy tire so i could knock out a set quick. |

You guys are over-complicating it. Just get a little Arabic boy! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gT4oltYbQN0 |

I can see OP perhaps needing one due to his choice of hobbies...but to everyone else complaining: What's the dealio? How often do you need to mount tires? Can't be that often. I mount once every year (I kill 1 set of tires every summer) and yes, ok, not cheap mount tires. But it's not so bad that I feel like buying my own tire mounting machine! Holy! XD |

In Canada, $100 for road force. In the States, $0 for road force... was surprised it was free from Discount/American Tire. |
60 bucks or free if I feel like going to my cousin's shop and balancing the tires myself. |
