7% increase this year. Called and was informed that it's an annual increase to pay for the Toronto flood also they told me my sewer backup coverage has been decreased as well upon renewal (I didn't know, apparently this was in the renewal policy). So less coverage for the most probable type of damage and price increase, THANKS C2K! |

Yep I got put on their "preferred customer list" and got the appropriate pricing. At first they jacked me up to 800/yr then dropped me to 600/yr but then I increased my coverage for certain types of damage. |
