Then these guys are the best of friends. Stolen from RFD, this is going on in Oshawa where apparently there is no bylaw height restriction on fences.

I though most bylaws limit a fence to like 8ft tall?

Some of my neighbours across the street put up 8ft fences, but this takes the cake.
In Oshawa there's no by-law height restriction on how high the rear & side fences have to be for the backyard unless your a corner lot.
That fence will for sure come down after the first winter loosen's up the posts & the wind goes to work. It's only braced in one direction which is stupid.
EDIT: I just realized that person lives 2 minutes away from me, lol
