Our gym up here is not very well-stocked. Dumbbells, barbells, benches and a squat rack are what it's mostly made up of. It's great when you have another person, but I can't convince people to show up 5 days a week with me.
I'm looking for a nice centralized unit that I can coerce my bosses to order to bring this place up to date. I went through a lot of our equipment and found it to be worn out and on the verge of garbage. (cracking welds, missing bolts etc)
I'm looking for a central unit with a bench/shoulder press, maybe a leg station. Any ideas or websites?
