So the fact that she even has a fucking title is infuriating...
So the chick who threw the chair off a downtown condo got 2 years probation, a $2000 fine and 150 hours of community Service.

I honestly can't stand our justice system.

a friend who works in the legal field. basically the chair didn't hit anyone and chair girl turned herself in on good faith hence the light ass sentence.

I do agree that it should have been harsher, but hey it is what it is.

IIRC, she turned herself in AFTER they identified her, no?

(versus, "we are still looking for the suspect. We urge the suspect to find legal counsel and turn themselves in" ..... and she walked in on her own accord.)
