for serious. why do they say that you shouldn't buy a car from Quebec? something to do with easier rebuilt titles or some shit? quebec ppl drive like asses? however if it's a car that's acura certified, clean car fox, still under warranty, and much cheaper than what's being sold here would you hit it?

There are some corrupt dealerships in Montreal that have been busted for odometer rollbacks too.

The only car I'd buy in Quebec would have to be brand-new.

Having just come back from Montreal, ugh yea fuck that. Not sure if it's Montreal or all of Quebec but there is no pride of ownership. Cars are busted up as fuck, between the shitty roads they have to drive on to the owners and shady history...pass

I think there's more of a european mentality of ownership there. Lots of scuffs and dings.. parking bruises, etc etc. It's just considered a given.

I think vehicles are viewed more as an appliance and less as a coveted possession.

Well if its acura Certified it should be okay,

always as for the "recon" aka the reconditioning bill on how much or what was put in for any repairs before it was sold.


Question I would ask about the sale is, why is there a 2012 car on there lot? was it a short term lease? and who leased it before if they are able to give you that information.

lol, my wife had a list of her own

Ended up checking out a few places, but I don't think they were on the list. We aren't the bar/pub type of people. Went to some crape places in old Montreal, some well review poutine place at the bottom of mount royal, started with a B, don't remember, and then some "romantic" restos

It's $8 for meat wrapped in wonderbread slices . Not everyone is a baller like you. It tastes good, but left somewhat disappointed. My lunch cost me $20 for 3 sandwiches without a drink, I couldn't eat one since it wasn't enough \:\|

Funny enough, since you brought this up and you know everything there is the know about everything in the whole wide world, this is an interesting tripadvisor review. Obviously this person went overboard, but it's true, the portions are way too small and they charge way too much for what you get.

Interesting. It was bought out by Celine Dion recently. I wonder if it's really gone downhill that badly lately.

Like I said in the other thread, the time to go is when there isn't a huge lineup, like late at night. You'll get a better sandwich and you won't have to wait.

I still think it's tasty. At least it was when I went last year. The kosher pickles are awesome, too.

i dunno. i'm actually considering the car. it looks clean, and if they can provide me with all the proper documentation then why not? they are actually being the most straight up with me, the car salesmen in toronto are fucking retards..between habib and "oh yea i have 5ppl calling me right now about the car" bs. warranty on it works in ontario too and they are giving me a great financing rate it was a two year lease bouught and serviced from the same dealership.
