Nice job.
First pic reminded me of what is outside of my window, one of your guys fellow Ontario homies is here working on SAP shit, he parks in the first visitor parking stall every day, and each day his park job is hilariously bad.

Wow OP, great work with the vette!
My weekend was spent in my kitchen... did my backsplash. Never done any tile work before - it was surprisingly pretty easy.
Almost done now. Just gotta seal the grout, silicone the edges and then put all the plugs back.

at the worse condition where i would have to make 3 passes on the car, $250 (no motor no interior). if it just needs 205/finishing, wheels around $200. ofcourse there will be a clubsi discount
^that car needed the works. wash/clay/M105 on orange cutting pad/M205 on white polishing pad/blackfire wet diamond on a blue finishing pad.
then wheels, exhaust, windows. got it done in 5hrs. 5 hour s is pretty quick!
that clay mitt man, cuts a good 2 hours of time out. it's pretty much like wash then wax, wheels, windows done.

Not much, just some small shit.
Ripped up the parquet in my 'office' and installed hardwood to carry over from the hallway:
Ripping up the parquet was absolutely fucking horrible.
New wood
Building a wall to wall built office + built in shelves for the wife and her teaching shit. Found some dude in brampton selling everything I need for $140 bucks.
Work truck was in for service so I had to use M3
here is all my garbage
Bought butcher block, which i will stain next weekend. Will be the table top
end result will look better than this....

wax it again after you wash it..LOL no matter what, the softest drying towels, two bucket washing method, there was always marring left behind when i had the black RSX. after every couple of washes i would just hit it quickly with a coat of the meguires yellow wax (carnuba)
Jay, you use that Nanoskin thing on that car?
i did dude. thing is fantastic.
risky that floor looks amazing dood.

Thanks, I am very excited to do my first proper built in. Even bought a book on it, tired of reading up hacked up DIY's online. I want to do quite a few different built ins throughout the house so it should be interesting on how it turns out.

If you haven't already, buy a quality 12in compound mitre saw, it will be your best friend.

I've got all of that, my biggest predicament is how to make my trim pieces 8' x 2" for example.
Obviously the cheapeast way is to buy 4'x8' sheet of pine or whatever and then just cut them with a straight edge, but i don't trust myself enough to make the cuts perfect since i'd have to use a jig.
If i buy all the trim pieces individually from home depot I am looking at like $150 in trim, instead of a $30 sheet of wood. FAK
