Hey, y'all, I have a 2000 si and last week when I got home from work my rear right side brake was ticking. It was raining so I just thought the heat and water was doing it. Yesterday I tried to roll it back in the driveway and it didn't want to roll. I said WTF of course. So today I jacked it up, pulled off the wheel, and took a look at the caliper. You know how the piston has the cross on the outside so you can tighten it back. I did that thinking the piston was stuck or something. I took it for a ride then checked it again. It is still grabbin on the rotor. So I humbly ask for any opinions from my peers. Do you think I need a new caliper? Could it be the parking brake? I haven't checked into that really. I don't want to buy new parts just guessing if I don't have to. I apprieciate your input. Good thing I have my 97 accord to drive until I figure this out. peace
